Application procedure and registration>>
a. Qualification :
High school graduate or above
b. Required documents
- Application form : by mail or fax
- Education status certificate
(school diploma, etc.)
- Passport copy
- Two photographs (3¡¿4)

¢º Admittance Approval Notice
Within a week of the application, students
who have passed the document evaluation will be
notified individually.
*Students who have been admitted should note that
registration must be made in the earliest possible
date.
¢º Registration
- Tuition/Registration fee: 1,100,000Won
/ 50,000Won per semester
(textbooks and housing are not included)
- How to register : The fee maybe paid
by remitting money to the institutes
account or by paying it at the institute administration
office(SLI office).
* The SLI office must be notified immediately after
the bank transfer is made.

- Refund(when visa is rejected) :
Students who have received their visa will under
no circumstances be refunded; however, for those
whose visas are denied, the refunded will be made
as follows :
* If a student is absent from class without any
notice for more than a week during the semester,
his/her admittance will be canceled without a refund.
¢º Visa issue
Those who received the admittance notice can apply
for a short term visiting visa (C-3) or a normal
trainee visa (D-4).
- Short term visiting visa(C-3)
Students who wish to study at our institute for
a semester (10weeks) may apply for a C-3 visa. A
C-3 visa's maximum visiting period is 90 days and
is issued at the Korean embassy or consulate .
*A C-3 visa cannot be renewed in Korea, in which
case, for an extension of the stay period, you must
return to your home country and re-enter Korea.
- Normal trainee visa (D-4)
Students who wish to study for more than 2 semesters
must apply for a D-4 visa, in which case the extension
can be made locally.

¢º Housing
Information for housing can be obtained at the SLI
office. On average 400,000 won is needed for person
per month for housing.
¢º Library
The students can freely use the library; however,
to borrow a book is not permitted.
¢º Major attraction sites around the campus Within
a 10 minute walk of the campus lies 'Daehakro'(University
road), a cultural hot-spot for youths. Also historical
cultural legacies like 'KyunbokKung'(Kyungbok palace),
'ChangkyungKung'(Changkyun Palace), 'Biwon'(Forbidden
Garden) and the 'Chungwadae'(Presidential residence),
which is opened to the public, are nearby.
